How does the process work? Where do we start?

First off, awesome! Let’s grab coffee or a glass of wine and talk content! If we can’t do that though, the  next best thing is for you to contact me with your ideas. Let me know about the project you would like to complete and your timeline. Once I have an idea of the scope of your project I usually have two options for working together. If you have a single project need (one article, one press release etc.) we can work on a project by project basis. Once the scope and deadline are determined you will pay 50% to begin the project and then 50% upon your final approval. For each individual project two rounds of revisions are always included. If there is a major change in design or direction after the first draft additional fees may apply.

If you have a larger project with more moving parts, or multiple projects that will take more than 1 month to complete (design needs, training materials and marketing materials together, infographic and an article etc.) Working on retainer is an easier, more affordable option. A quote for services will be provided based on your needs and timeline. Working together for a set fee per month ensures multiple project consistency, as many rounds of edits as you like and a promise that if you are not amazed by your content we will take the extra time on our end to make sure it is mind-blowing.
